The New Era – LITE IVF

The scientific and administrative staff at CECOLFES has taken a giant step towards change by placing technologies within the reach of all people as a result of a 50 per cent cost reduction. We are introducing simpler techniques on the basis of a stringent technical and scientific knowledge developed over our 30 years of experience.

For more than 30 years, Cecolfes, under the leadership of its scientific director, Dr. Elkin Lucena, has maintained its commitment towards a constant process of innovation and study of the science and technology behind Reproductive Biomedicine for the benefit of couples.

Today we report the introduction of a new and revolutionary COMBINATION of assisted reproduction techniques using Hyperbaric Oxygenation. The main goal is to achieve even better results with our assisted reproduction techniques in terms of pregnancy and healthy babies at home. For this purpose we have created a state-of-the-art BaroRoom with its panoramic ACR 6072 hyperbaric chamber, one of the most technologically advanced single-seat chambers in the world.

It is the first time that the benefits of this technique are applied in infertility with the aim of improving results and, consequently, the quality of life for all.

The treatments are performed by our specialized staff under the guidance of Dr. Elkin Lucena, founding member of the Colombian Hyperbaric Medicine Association. View more
